1 Pre-Registration
This is the opportunity to get to know you, what you're looking for and what your goals and expectations are. You also have the chance to get to know us which gives us both the insight on whether we think our values and goals are aligned enough to work together.

2 Registration
Proof of ID, address and funds are requested and we may carry out additional checks for our legal requirements in line with HMRC Anti-Money Laundering. Once this is completed, we take a £100 non-refundable but deductible registration fee to begin sourcing.

3 Sourcing
Properties are sourced based on your requirements and sent to you. We'll discuss each deal to update you on what we've been doing. Once you're happy with a deal, we'll work on securing the offer for you.

4 Offer Accepted
The main aim here is to liaise with the agent/vendor, solicitor, broker and you and continuously push the sale through to completion. When there are relevant updates, you’ll be updated to help you keep track of where the sale is.

5 Exchange / Completion
Upon exchange/completion, the remaining sourcing fee minus the initial £100 registration fee will be requested. We'll arrange pick up of the key and arrange for you to collect the key. Most clients will, at this point, come up and see the property in person.
To conclude, we’ll also set up the utilities and the utility inventory for the completion date, helping to ease the stress of dealing with all of the utility providers.
